The supplier should preferably have contact telephone number, and better yet, could provide an engineer in case you run into a problem with installation. Or if you are lucky enough to have a friend who is experienced in installing home solar energy systems, then ask him to lend a hand in the procurement of the hardware as well as in the installation.
