The fact that you cant actually create or destroy energy does have lot of important consequences.
The same rule works also for energy.
The ultimate goal as it relates to conservation of less than 100 efficiency the ultimate goal as it relates to conservation of energy is perpetual motion which is neither created or destroyed.
