Sun Light & Power Chooses Tigo Energy’s Maximizer Solution to Deploy the Largest Smart Solar Array in North America

October 11 (Berkeley, CA) – Sun Light & Power today announced it has begun constructing North America’s largest smart-solar array which will be located in the San Francisco/Bay Area. The 530 kilowatt (kW) array leverages the Tigo Energy® MaximizerT Solution to optimize, control and monitor over 1,900 Suntech 270 Watt Power modules. By incorporating the Maximizer solution, this array is expected to produce 6 to 8 percent more power than a standard array and introduce panel-level manageability and monitoring as well as enhanced safety.
