The questions in most people's heads are, "Are they safe? Are they expensive?"
The answers are, yes they are extremely safe. You can actually build these yourself without being a rocket scientist or having any special equipment. Just household items and a few things that you can pick up your local auto store.
The bright economic growth in 2006 and a better forecast in 2007 seem to have little effect on the investment climate in the oil and gas industry, notably for foreign direct investment. The industry seems not conducive yet due to inconsistencies in government regulations and policies.
